For actual overweight people, the accompanying weight loss tends to quickly even things out in cardiovascular markers. If you have GLP-1 insights turned on in Oura, it'll show you the data.

We tell people on this sub to not buy used rings, it's a common scam. The original owner got a replacement which was free, so the old ring was disabled. Best to not buy used at all because then you wont be eligible for free replacements, and once oura approved a replacement the ring doesn't have much of a lifespan anyway.

cute dress but this looks too casual for most office/corporate work. the short dress, low neckline and open buttonholes might even be inappropriate for many business meetings and setup. but then again, different jobs accept different dress codes 😅

I had 3 drinks last night and my HRV went down 50% from when I don't have any alcohol. Even "small" amounts of alcohol will mess up your sleep.
