Frankly is an audience intelligence platform that analyses publicly available Reddit conversations to generate marketing insights, sentiment analysis, and strategic recommendations. Frankly may be used with or without a registered account. Unregistered / free access is provided automatically via an anonymous session and is subject to usage limits and feature restrictions.
If you create a registered account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must not share your account with others. Free / unregistered sessions are provided for convenience and do not carry the same data portability or recovery guarantees as registered accounts.
You agree not to:
Analysis results generated for you are yours to use commercially. The Frankly platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
Insights are generated from public Reddit data using AI and should be treated as directional intelligence, not definitive market research. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.
Frankly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your registered account or anonymous / free session if you violate these terms or exceed usage limits. You may close your registered account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
