Anyone been able to do the HSBC switch and get the money, after having a first direct account. Just did the Ulster one after previously doing another from that group, so wondering if this works too. Appreciate any support with this!

I am 27 months doing DMP, from £36k now down to £21k (6 down to 3 creditors). Betterborrow sold my debt to Cabot and HSBC sold mine to PRA. Monzo remained internally. I tried to offer full and final settlement- Cabot rejected as it wants full payment same as Monzo. PRA only offered a 5% discount. Any advice on what I can do? Thanks.
