Financial institutions have such a hard on for themselves, like being in their office has all these benefits when you're actually just taking Teams calls from a different building and wasting a couple hundred a month on commuting costs. But hey, gotta justify that massive sq ft lease you just signed right?

I had a similar problem, where Natwest who I'd been banking with for years didn't have my full name on their system. It was causing issues interacting with other banks. I tried asking nicely to get them to update it ( with my passport as ID) but they refused. So I went to their website and raised a formal complaint. They not only updated my name, but actually gave me a bit of cash as an apology for all the nonsense. Barclays can add your full name to their systems, but the people you're speaking to in branch don't know how to do this so they're fobbing you off. Find the complaints procedure on thier website and follow it. Explain the context in the complaint.

Man, seeing her with a budget was INSANE. Definitely the best tour I’ve seen her on, though nothing was as dynamite as the Sweat tour at MSG in terms of sheer energy. Really feel thankful I got to see her both times
