Good old wayfair, screwing customers over. Best of luck op. It’s an absolute circus dealing with wayfair.

Wayfair’s return policy is not that great either. I got my two Macy’s couches from Facebook Marketplace, gave them a deep clean and they have been doing fine for the 2 years I’ve had them.

I had the same problem too! Wayfair is the most horrible company. They are so slimy! They refuse to cancel orders right after you place them. Then they give everyone a really hard time to return them. I know people who have been charged over $100 trying to return their Wayfair order. And then they give them an extremely hard time to even get the refund. You should refuse the order. It’s a pain, but be outside and wait for when the delivery person comes and just refuse to accept it.
