Your work/life balance is all out of whack. You need an office space outside of your home to be able to work uninterrupted during your scheduled work day. With that being said, at the end of your work day, you come home and don’t continue to answer a ton of emails and tend to work projects. Your clients should clearly understand that you’re not on call 24/7. As far as for your wife, she needs to either compromise on the family budget or get a supplemental income. Y’all also need to set a chore schedule with agreed upon assigned tasks for each of you. I understand that she’s growing a person and she’s tired, but taking 3.5 hour naps during the day is a lot. If she needs some time to run errands during the day and have a little time to herself, consider getting a nanny for like 2-3 hours/day, twice a week. But if she’s going to do that, she’s got to compromise on the budget to fit that in.
