It's on the O2 network. O2 has horrific signal in a lot of places. I paid to leave my O2 contract early to move to EE. But if it works where you are, then good! On top of that, Monzo Mobile is quite expensive compared to other O2 network options.

I decided to cancel my YouTube premium I never used YouTube music and it saves me £12.99 a month which is always nice

This just sounds to me like highly available/redundant infrastructure, a standard thing that any tech company of this size would have, but just worded to sound like a new fancy thing

Monzo seem fairly risk averse for Flex, mine was capped at £2000 for a good while, but I could go and get a £10000+ limit card easily from any lender. After a few years my Flex card now has a £10000 limit which is purely a nice to have from an emergency/ section 75 purchase perspective.
