McDonald's

About 14k McDonalds for those of you are also wondering. I thought they had to be exaggerating at first.

Anyone else notice they're paying you a dollar to eat the sausage? And how it would be cheaper to buy a sausage biscuit, an egg biscuit, and just make your own sausage egg biscuit, while getting an extra $2.79 biscuit as a bonus? Something seems fishy....

Germany has an estimated **20,000 to 25,000** castles, palaces, and fortresses (*Burg* and *Schloss*). This includes everything from grand medieval hilltop ruins to famous fairy-tale landmarks like Neuschwanstein Castle The castle was founded around **1157**. Amazingly, it has remained under the unbroken ownership and care of the **House of Eltz for over 800 years**, spanning 34 generations. Today, the family preserves it and keeps parts of it open to the public. In 1268, three brothers of the Eltz family had a dispute and decided to split the estate. Instead of building three separate castles across the region, they shared the fortress.

Watched a doc on this recently. Very similar police response to what would happen at Columbine and Uvalde. Same old "We thought there might be a second or multiple shooters!" "We don't want to risk our lives!" line. Granted, the Mcdonalds had tinted windows and it was hard to tell. One of the McDonalds employees who was shot several times ended up joining the Police. You can imagine his reaction to the cops stonewalling on the idea that they handled it timidly. Guy clearly wanted to suicide by cop and was trying to bait them into doing it by making a second pass on the already dead and wounded. They didn't take the bait and a lot of people died waiting for help that wouldn't arrive. His intentions were very obvious, because James didn't just shoot the people inside behind those tinted windows. He shot three little boys - killing two of them - and then a family of three, including an infant outside the restaurant and the cops still couldn't grasp that this wasn't a hostage situation. He was just there to kill.

Technically a great product. Bet you're stuffed https://preview.redd.it/dfy3s9yhfnnh1.png?width=600&format=png&auto=webp&s=ceb6eb1d68b69f3903056346c83cf492bc0280d6

My first job was at McDonald’s in high school, then retail, then banking, then receptionist, now artist. (But I was always an artist, no matter the job really!) It feels surreal that I can continue
