for me it was spironolactone that helped, then introducing a retinol once my skin had calmed a bit for now i'd focus on cleaning atleast once a day, possibly an over the counter azelaic acid to reduce inflammation, once daily, i'd remove the salicylic acid as using it daily could be too much for your skin, take a break for a couple weeks then reintroduce 1-2x a week, please moisturise both day and night, and preferably an spf for daytime as cystic pimples always left me with stubborn PIE (red marks after it's gone) and sun exposure can darken or prolong the time it takes for the skin to heal!

I use La Roche posay antihelios from Dischem or Clicks. Like, it is expensive, but I find it lasts me for months. They also have tinted options, and for different skin types

Ito yung mga need mo, OP: 1. Proper sleep talaga 2. Drink more water para hydrated ka [3. Retinol Eye Cream](https://s.shopee.ph/9V16Apxioc) (this one will reduce puffiness of your under eye areas plus it will provide hydration and firmness dahil sa retinol) Btw, ang pretty mo sis. 🤍
